Seafood Pie. Canadian smoked sockeye salmon, shrimp and haddock. A creamy cheese sauce with spinach and shallots added in to the sauce. Mashed up some red-skined potatoes spread on top and bake in the oven.:thumbsup:

The rest of the year I book 1 day on every long weekend so that gives me 4 on 4 off for most depending how I book them.
I tried that for years, however I always had to work during the shut downs to protect the mucky muck's arses, otherwise nothing got done. Just goes to show you who really who made the system flow (of course never was given any credit).
