Italian sausage......yes, again.....mmmmm.
left over prime rib from other night......burp.....Iam eating toorich these days,I don't want to gain that weight again.THE way I got rid of 55 pounds was not exacly the right way!(brain stroke)

Ribs on BBQ ... mmhhhmm and some veggies.
ham steak with eggs over easy and some homemade biscuits.
Red sauce rice w/ shredded chicken and carmelized plantains and a green salad.

Beef and pork kabobs and green beans.
Grilling 1/4 back attached chicken legs with potato salad and cold slaw.
Spagheti withmeat sauce and italian sausage.
bbq T-bone steaks corn on the kob and salad.

Not hot enough out so going to stay warm by the BBQ and cook up some mild Italian sausages and have them on a bun.:D

Grilling ginormous chicken wings and local corn.
Went out about 1/2 kilo in a small 2 man boat this a.m. and caught 5 good size red snappers about 8 meters down, so gonna smoke 2 on the grill (darn they are hard to keep lit) and then 3 will be turned into ceviche by the others in the family.
