We have some friends from montreal and they brought a leg of lamb that she is cooking today for tonight.my favorite.with all of the trimmings:flagelets,potatoes,spinach,carrots,tbake d tomatoesand of course mint gelly,wine.
A first for my household, roast guinea fowl with all the fixings.
