Last night I was setting up an old MiiBox for a friend, and I ended up installing the other XCIPTV version app. And EPG worked perfectly. It was this one: h t t p://apk.wickediptv.xyz/

Did you try clearing the CACHE or forcing the APP to reload the EPG ?

EDIT: I completely forgot I had the "newapk" version on my phone (pixel 7 - Android 15), and I just tried it, and it loaded EPG no problem.

Could you check CBS WBOC? It is playing different programming. Edit: It appears it is playing the West Coast feed instead of EST programming.

well it started working yesterday

CTV Winnipeg playing CTV News channel according to my neighbour.

I know there have been many channel rebrands/shutdowns, for some Canadian channels (like Food net, HGTV, a few Discovery channels, Animal channel, BET, Magnolia, etc.. They did shuffle a few things at the begining of the month.

"CA: Food network" has been rebranded as "Flavour Network", but the EPG is showing the guide for the US: Food network. Whenever possible to update the channel id to the "flavour network" so the EPG can match the programming ? And if preferred, the channel can be renamed as "CA: FLAVOUR NETWORK" to reflect the new channel name.

Also some other changes:

CA: MAGNOLIA network (no longer streaming - can probably be removed)
CA: MTV (no longer streaming - can probably be removed)
CA: COOKING CHANNEL (no longer streaming - can probably be removed)
CA: BET (pretty sure no longer streaming - can probably be removed) For now it seems to be streaming US: BET

CA: HGTV (no longer streaming - can probably be removed) Some providers have renamed this to "Home network" and some providers are streaming this one now. For now, it seems to be streaming UK: HGTV

Just for peoples info wondering where some channels have gone:
CA: DISCOVERY is now CA: USA NETWORK (already renamed)
CA: Discovery Science is now CA: CTV Nature Channel (already renamed)
CA: Discovery Velocity is now CA: CTV Speed Chanel (Already renamed)
CA: Animal Planet is now CA: CTV Wild Channel (Already renamed)
CA: Investigation Discovery is now CA: OXYGEN (Already renamed)

I may have missed some, but those are the ones I remember for now.

What caused the changes, the provider was bought or sold to another media outlet? I always thought Discovery(s) were Canadian channels not US.

Why Corus and Bell did this, I have no clue. Some creative marketing idiots think that this is the way to do it, and they managed to convince idiot management to allow them to spend money in this kind of stuff. Probably launched to management as some way to become more efficient and hence profitable via some creative accounting methods :)

Just an FYI, channel numbers mean nothing. Every player will load them and number them differently. So when you report something for a channel, you should use the full channel name instead.
ex: US : CBS (WWJ) DETROIT (As an example, it is channel 9903 on my device).

My cousin told me that "Two and A Half Men" in the 24/7 section has the voice and video out of sync. Thanks

Perfectly in sync on both my Buzz E2, and Buzz XRS4900.
Issue is on your cousins box, not the server

Thats weird because we checked again and it is still out of sync but all other 24/7 channels that we checked are working perfectly. He is using the walmart onn box that overall works pretty well.

You have not stated what apk you are using on the Onn.
