Back up here. whats interesting is the series and VOD were working when live TV was not or at least that's what some said.
I had this symptom. When reconnecting via OTT Navigator or TiviMate it was showing 0 TV channels but full Series & Movies VOD earlierQuote:

Get a http 500 error if I go to live tv ,tv or vod
