Sounds good KW. I grill flattened chickens all the time, bone in.
going to roast in the oven bro...it weighs 3pnds..the butcher that cuts the meat says..1/2 an hour per pnd at 300..looking forward to trying it....:)Quote:

Beef stir fry on a bed of Chinese noodles.
Grilling some burger patties then simmering them in thick brown gravy with a side of mashed potatoes and some sort of veg.
i picked up an old sirlion steak at the butcher shop..its almost blue..tenderized the hell out of it...it was cheap...marinating after beating it in steak spice,cattleboyz bbq sauce and beer..i hope my teeth survive it..veggies too...and beerz to wash it down...:D

Grilling 1/2 chicken marinated in olive oil, lemon and oregano.
BBQ a whole chicken and I might stuff it with lemons and spices.
