Decided to try calves liver pounded then straight into seasoned breadcrumbs then into pan.
Had it with bacon and onions with mashed potatoes and nice rich beef gravy from a pack! :thumbsup:

Prime rib roast tonight with all the fixings.
Some fresh yellow Perch from Lake Erie, and a few slices of moose sausage and a nice salad
shake n bake pork chops with mashed spuds and corn.....
Pan fried pork chops, crusty bread and a tossed salad.
Using the KISS system tonight. Soup and Grilled cheese.
Time for Toonie Tuesday KFC again. It's been a bit since I had it.
Shrimp and scallop linguini ce soir.
homemade burgers on the bbq with pasta salad and fresh cut fryes...
Looks like the wife is cooking tonight and doing some mini meatloaves with mashed and some veg.
Grilling 1/4 chicken legs, fried potatoes and St. Hubert bbq sauce.
You guys eat good......iam having hashbrown casserole with sausages and shrimp ,,,with a cold beer on the side..lol
Tonights fare is Angus beef kabobs with steamed rice and mixed veg.
Steak and pep subs.
A mexican traditon, Chicken and rice :) and beer
Elk pie with a chit load of veggies and fried onions.
Whatever restaurant is closest. I'm wiped out from traveling and the youngest has a game tonight.

Dry garlic side ribs in the oven with a veggy fried rice.
my sweety made us corn chowder for supper.
went to bakery and got fresh buns and a pile of different cold cuts....way better than sub way or mr sub
Have a wicked cold so asked the wife to make homemade beef stew.
Burgers on the grill.
Tuna alfredo and fresh bread.
Looks like subs tonight. Still not up to cooking or q ing.
we had pasta and meat sauce...and fresh bread..:sleepy:
