Try doing them in cream of chicken soup. I prefer that over the mushroom and you might also. If you use a pork tenderloin and cut medallions about 1/4 inch thick it's awesome bro.:thumbsup:

Grilling burgers ce soir.
Just oinked out on Swiss Chalet and totally stuffed. Probably won't have dinner this evening but if I do it will be pizza of some sort.
Just got back, a bus, train, tram shuttle, 4 air flights, and a taxi ride later, and it is still raining so no bbqing yet. The local corn was finished up back in usa, but the crab and outback steaks were great, so was the pastrami and swiss on rye. Back to rice and beans for awhile...great to be back home.
Raining again../usually by now the weather is turning very warm and making comercials for x-mas at beach w/ cold cervezas, bu not yet...so fried chicken and green salad w/ ceaser dressing. No tv tonight so perhaps same old disc movie.
Having cheese wiener wraps to night. Simply a hot dog wiener sliced half way length wise then you put a slice of cheese in there and wrap them in Pillsbury hot dog wrap dough.
