Well the weather did not cooperate, so it is aging, maybe tomorrow, tonight baked red snapper w/ sauted asparagus and mushrooms.

Grilling 16oz AAA rib steaks.

Looks like spaghetti with Angus meatballs.

Seems weather continues to mess up grilling and any chances of any movies on tv tonight, so popcorn and beer and a very much watched dvd. :bawl:

Having some breaded veal with mashed potatoes with brown gravy. For those that have never tried it try brown gravy with the veal. You'd be surprised at how good it actually is. :thumbsup:

Never knew there was any other way to have...love it, when I can find veal. Have to freeze 2 steaks and 1 will cut up and stir fry with green pepper, red onion and juliened carrots.

Steak and pep subs.

Going to make some double grilled cheese with bacon.

Grilling back ribs with local corn.

I think I'll make chicken tacos tonight.

Spaghetti and meat sauce und garlic bread.

Sesame chicken with rice this evening.

a$$ burning wings and lotsa cold ones...w00t!!
