What's For Dinner?

Roast,potatoes,carrots and peas with corn bread and ice tea. :comfort1:

Baked ham with noodles and peaches and cream corn this evening.

Home made chicken fried rice and broccoli chop suey.

stuffed peppers with mashed spuds...

Good old spaghetti and Angus meatballs. Yum.

Wild haddock filets and asparagus.

sausage on the bbq with kraft dinner....not fancy but good...lol:yeaah:

Chipotle - rice bowl w/steak, beans, corn, peppers, pico de gallo, cheese and guacamole. Delicious!

Chicken Caesar Salad with Natchos Cheese and Spicy Salsa.:thumbsup:

Medium Rare prime ribeye mashed potatoes coleslaw baked beans cold beer!

Pork tenderloin simmered in soup in the oven with white jasmin flavoured rice.

we are having chicken curry over long grain rice...

Meat lovers lasagna with pepperoni and Montreal style smoked meat.

Shrimp stir fry and chicken fried rice.

Beef short ribs cooked 'en sous vide' and finished on a cast iron skillet!!! :)

You should try it non-frenched. It's purely for looks. There is so much flavor in the meat/fat in between the rib bones. That meat is the best. It's a shame that it's thrown out for aesthetic reasons. :(

I know all about that being Greek and doing whole lamb on the spit. Running a wholesale meat company and our clients demand it that way and I take a box home from time to time.

Had chicken and rice and hot sauce..It waz okay..Washed it back with a few frosties..Nice!!:grr:
