"Clear EPG" was done, is there a system Cache to clear other than the EPG ?
Thanks, cleared Cache undef BuzzTV5. This did not change the many channels in guide saying "Loading... "
About 50% are loaded and they took a while, the remaining under Favorites are stuck in Loading...
XC api both units. All working 3 days ago with guide. When I got back, this was the issue.
Yes you have 7 days of EPG, what happens if you clear the EPG under settings ? Does the info populate right away ?

Incidentlly, I am noticing a longer time in between channel selections for the video to appear. I would say about 5 seconds. Prior to today it was about half that.
all day channel changing has been slow...even connecting is slow
if I'm getting 7 days of epg why would I clear it? :tehe:
Thanks for the update. All day slow changing channel is an issue. Thats prob what is causing the delay in EPG data. Can we get someone to investigate this ? Yes, dont clear your EPG because you will have the same issue I have now that I know you have same symptom with channels.
Are you using a VPN ?
Been using this for weeks now no epg issues, just happened suddenly on both boxes.
I have 7 days epg on some channels, others are still Loading...
Using Category Favorites and about 300 channels in this bank.
Any suggestions ?
I already tried that and it worked for a while loading more data per channels but there are many that will not load the epg using this action.
Something changed that affected both boxes on different subs. This is not a setting that is incorrect because its been working fine up to this point. I did just find the "Fast Login" feature that did not know existed.
I have the EPG Source setting to "Provider" not XML /this setting is under Config Settings/EPG Source
This setting is also under XC API login settings
Is this correct ?
I use the same settings
just pressed guide button and any channel that showed loading almost had epg info instantly
