Did you know that it's called st-hubert because they where located on st-hubert street in montreal,the owners are leger family and they are still the no1 bbq chicken delivery in montreal.they also raise their own chickens in drummondville area.big business!

Wow, did not know that. Interesting. If they are that big though why would they close up most of their restaurants?

Tonight is mini meatloaves with a garden salad and baked potato.

St-Hubert thrives in Quebec and near the border. The St-Hubert here makes a killing and is always packed. I don't think North End would deliver to your neck of the woods my friend, sorry bud.

Grilling pork brochettes with tzatziki sauce and a Greek salad.

Could be squirrel... if not then probably BBQ'd burgers topped with bacon, cheddar and slaw with fries.

Pork turned out to be chicken as this was pre-marinated and frozen, I guess it all looks the same...was yummy though. Grilling burgers tonight.
