Clear Cache on your Android TV
On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
Select Settings.
The next steps depend on your TV menu options: ...
Under System apps, select your preferred app. in my case ( buzztv4)
Select Clear cache, and then select OK. ...
DoNOT clear data it will wipe your logins out
ssl has been added so lists need to update
some boxes may need a complete reboot or cache cleared
its a good idea to clear cache every once in a while anyway
im sure my old buzz had a way to do it right on home screen but im old and cant remember now
if anyone knows a quicker way let me know
No connection issues ...live tv works fine....on Menu ; tv series; file not found on server.,.? cleared catche ; reboot Buzz 3900.....
never mind ,..rebooted again ......tv series working now
we are running all new custom made panel mods
we may have caused couple hiccups all should be good again :)
we have new toys and like to tweak things to get best out of them
fairly new at iptv this is a good service thank you
When switched back to default player solved issue. this morning found secondary is back working. So the tweaks you did worked. on 3000 secondary works great but on boomerang and essentials e1 have to use default. All in all working great. thanks all
sometimes its the player sometimes its stream just needs restarted
is it a cretin channel your having issues with ?
most time we can fix if it is our end
some streams we trade for and need to let them know to restart stream
