Grilling a 3 3/4 lb chicken- marinating in olive oil, lemon, oregano, salt and pepper.
Lasagna.................
Was thinking lasagna also, have a pyrex dish made up ready for the oven in the freezer from last round.
marinated (beef) flap meat, cooked sous vide at 130F for 7 hours, pan seared in olive oil 20 seconds each side, sliced against the grain and served over white rice.
this is a really well marbled CHEAP cut of beef. it's delicious when marinated properly.
