What's For Dinner?

Doing Donairs this evening. It's Friday for me as I booked tomorrow off! yippee!!!!:dancing_peng:

Grilling 1/4 chicken legs with fries and sauce.

home made pizza with meatballs.

Italian meatballs and peas.

Baked Ziti

Spanish rice.......................

Burgers on the grill

Creole Crab and Corn Chowder.

Steak and pep subs.

BBQ if the Weather holds !!!

Greek macaroni dish with chicken and hard ricotta cheese.

Roast beef, mashed potatoes and salad.

I had lion fish for the first time. It's a very mild fish that doesn't have much flavor on its own. It's great with a white wine cream sauce. Very moist when cooked properly. Plus they're taking over the Florida coast as an invasive species. Do your part in saving the environment and eat some lion fish! ;)
