Well it is fish head friday again, the local boats at the marina brought in a few thousand kilos of fresh shrimp, could not resist, so sauted shrimp over rice and manga, papaya, pineapple salad. Cervezas for me, wife wants caribbean rum w/ coconut, I'll take 1 or 2 prolly also...:tehe:

Roast beef and all the fixings to go with it.
Just picked up what is sure to be the last of the local corn, grilling some ginormous chicken wings to go with that.
Been raining alot so home made chile is brewing on the stove, over home made corn bread and beers for the Raider game.
