Still have issues with VOD tv freezing, and taking a few minutes to start. Doesn’t matter app, vpn location. Example series crime scene investigation (with Ted Danza on the cover), litterally all seasons.
Changed dns, tried using different player (MX and built in and VLC)

Never said anything about TV Series having moved over to new storage yet. That is still on the ToDo list as far as I recall.
When we say VOD, it is just the Movie section.

LiveTV and Movies are perfectly fine here. Movies start within less than 2 seconds, and LiveTV has been pretty smooth for quite a while now (knock on wood).

Starting to get texts and calls from customers. VOD is not working and live TV is hit or miss. Is VOD ever going to be fixed? I’ve told all my customers to just watch VOD on free cinema. Thanks

TV Series seem to work. They have the usual 30 to 45 second delay starting, but once they start, they seem to play fine (I tried 3 episodes of different series).
LiveTV, Yes there are quite a few channels that seem to be down. But that could also be at source, so not necessarily much wicked can do for those unless they have other sources. Still plenty to watch, so no big deal.

Tried with no VPN and with 3 different VPN server locations.

Holidays don't help much, since staff is probably out enjoying the well deserved break.

If people can't live with downtime, then they should always have backup services. They are so cheap nowadays. Or if they don't want to deal with it, they can then just sub to their local cable service.

Troublesome night I'm being told as well by some family members elsewhere.. saying VPN change isn't working sadly

those channels are working now and so is vod

bunch of servers when offline are back up now

30 to 45 second delay for a show to start? Get a stable IPTV service would be the first move instead of overloaded reseller services, backup subs are a no brainer

Every service will have it's ups and down (and if you say otherwise, you are a liar).
Wicked has not hidden it, and they are addressing the issues, unlike other services. They first addressed the VOD, and it is back in line. TV Series will surely come early in the next year. Wicked has been better than most out there in terms of stability, and very reactive to customer comments and requests, which is why most of my customers end up trying other services and eventually come back to wicked.

If you don't use wicked, then please don't bother commenting in this thread since you have ZERO first hand info on it.

Man, I must REALLY be out of the loop. Today I found out wrestling is going live on Monday on Netflix. Are you saying that now they're also hosting NFL games? I can only imagine that's costing them a butt load for the rights to broadcast...

Had to turn on the vpn tonight for the first time in a few weeks for Tsn and sportnet to be viewable again.
Confirmed with a few others with the same issue.
Was smooth sailing as a click of a button and all up again..

I can confirm Telus

I noticed that without a VPN, TSN1 will work after about 8 seconds or so but the other TSN channels won't load at all.
With a VPN, all TSN channels work beautifully.

I just turned VPN off to check and All Sportsnet and TSN are black. Using F1zz (ie: Vide0tr0n) as ISP here in Montreal.

EDIT: ONLY TSN1 if I leave it tuned for about 30 seconds (without VPN) it actually starts to stream. Which is bizarre. With VPN on, it starts right away.

on multiple servers one may not have been blocked by isp so it jumped you to the one not blocked after some time

Ya`ll need to try the iptv proxy program it solves isp,geo blocking
it also has other useful tools.works pretty simple load your iptv
the program sends it to a dead end site isp is clueless. i think i posted it here?

it is frustrating as heck it took me alot to adjust from iks and still not really adjusted but yes if you re not happy pick up the phone and call your cable provider and get a price for the stuff we get , trust me you will soon accept the odd frustrating night!

Anyone able to get the QMJHL streams to work? Tried with/without VPN, with/without external player (VLC), etc. Can't seem to get it working. Bunch of games on right now but keeps giving Playback error.
