Hamburger Soup
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
4-5 red potatoes, cubed
8oz white mushrooms, thickly sliced
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
6 cups beef broth
1 Tbsp oregano
1 Tbsp basil
1 Tbsp parsley
Salt and pepper added flavor
Instructions
Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
