Anyone else having trouble with EPG on mine it doesn't show anything for the correct time, but if i click back it show's EPG but that's+. not correct either.

And yes i've checked all my settings, cleared EPG nothing the same

EPG down for me too

we have told it to regenerate epg and are looking into whats up

epg has been fixed

Anyone else having issues where it locks up completely if you change channels? I just get black screen until I reboot buzz box. My neighborhood has the same issue on a dreamlink and we are using different isp’s. router, modem and network switches have been rebooted many many times

been watching for awhile no hiccups i was getting buffering on all nfl channels when i had vpn on but turned it off no problems

Got spinning circle, then all channels were doing same. got out , rebooted box and tried again and this time stuck at loading portal :(

Can you look at the Canadian channel 'Super Channel Heart and Home' (1493) when you get a chance. Seems to be in slow motion and the audio is out of sync.

was there a solution for this?

two dreamlink T2 prime, same house, one never has a problem but the other keeps getting black screen when changing channels EVEN if they are swapped, its always the same one that locks.

I have a T2 prime upstairs, & I use Wicked as well.No issues on my end at all.Try to mirror image the settings on the T2 that works well.

Ask wicked to reset your stb lock and have your external video player in settings on. Worked for me on a dream link dlite.

A lot of buffering on nbc channels (nbc Detroit, south bend as an example).
