Well, it solved the problem in my case (and a few others) for the 5.1 encoded streams after the last server update a few months ago.
Guess it is a different issue now.

doesn't apply to me i have no surround sound and that setting is off it hasn't made a difference, i just have tv no sound system at all
That is WHO it usually affects. When the stream is encoded as 5.1 at the source, the box will try to passthrough the stream to an external decoder to decode. But if we don't have an external source to process the stream, it causes issues. So turning this "off" (it is NOT off by default), it will NOT try to determine if it needs any external decoders and process locally.
DAMN i HATE all this learning!! It is off by default i just did factory reset i assumed that would have fixed it but of course it will be off by default again i will try later your fix and report, also i think part of it is my sound bar is like me old and outdated it has no hdmi or e arc so i have the buzz connected by hdmi to the tv and the tv connected to the sound bar by optical, so now i need to get my sound settings right not only on the buzz but on the tv too, not a big deal just a pain in the ass to keep getting up if the sound is different each channel i go to, if i can't get it fixed i am just going to forget the ancient sound bar and use the tv speakers only

Code 7 means that there's some connection issue between your device & our servers. If the issue does not affect everyone, the issue is most likely on the user end unfortunately. Please try the following to resolve your connectivity issue: Reboot your device.
I thought it was just me, thought I was F'd up again.
Hudson and Rex TV series takes long time to start and then either freezes right away or after 5 to 10 minutes. Not sure if other TV shows are the same. Hope it can be fixed
I launched S01E01, took about 7 or 8 seconds to start on my buzz xrs4900. Now 15 minutes in and no issues with the stream. Don't know what box you are using, maybe try a different player ? On Buzz, try switching TV/VOD to Backup player instead of Primary. Otherwise, try using the wicked APK to see if you get same behaviour.
Keep in mind that there were a few outages in QC and ON, so there may be some data centers / routing that are not optimal tonight either. Try rebooting your modem / router and box.
It is not the server, since it plays perfectly fine here.

Did they fast track season 2 of Tulsa King..Rumours were September launch date for season 2
July 14 was the date that The Paramount+ series (Tulsa King) began its run on CBS. This would be season 1 still. It had nothing to do with Season 2, which for now is still slated to start on Sept 15.
They seem to do this with many of their popular tv series. I remember Star Trek discovery when it first came out, it was only on CBS All Access (which is what Paramount+ was formerly known as). and then before S2 was released, they started airing S1 on CBS primetime channels. Guess it is their way to get people hooked into the series to hopefully buy a subscription to watch S2 as soon as it is available.
And the timing is perfect (10 week before S2 premiere on Paramount+). Since there are 9 episodes in S1, first episode played on Sunday, the 9th of July. The final episode of S1, will air on Sept 8 (the weekend before the start of S2).

New customer having issues accessing service. He's using Samsung TV and Smarters Pro. Tested on our device/player (Fire TV Stick/TiviMate) and no issues connecting, so obviously an issue on his end. Quick Google search shows some IPTV services don't work with Samsung TV. However, I could've sworn I have some customers that use the same setup with WICKED.
Error "Authorization Failed for above host".
Any tips on how to get him connected? Says he's used other services on Samsung TV/Smarters Pro with no issues. I searched this thread and couldn't find anything on Samsung TV.

EDIT: Someone on Google recommended using backward slash instead of forward slash for server URL and that worked for him! Weird...
Make sure he checks URL well. Some virtual keyboards will automatically add a space after a "." and it completely throws things off. I've had many which have done this and after close inspection they realized there was a space in the URL.
Also, he can try to use the https .live domain instead of the .xyz http one.
No special characters in username/password "!/\?" etc.. ?
Good to know. He sent me a pic with how we has trying to add playlist, and everything was correct (no extra space).

The issue definitely seemed to be URL related. I don't know the how entering \\ instead of // fixed the issue, but it did! Password was auto generated so not the issue, but good to know about special characters.
