Are there still problems with the server. I've been having buffering issues for the last 2 or 3 days.
Today I tried Tivimate with VPN on a wired firestick and it buffers on various channels.
I also tried using your webplayer on my wired computer VPN off and on while trying the same channel on my firestick using Tivimate and buffering hit about 5 secs apart on several channels.
I then tried my phone using the phone network internet using VPN and no VPN with the same results.
Thank you for all you do for us.
We do appreciate everything.

I was testing US/A&E channel and HLN
Also 24/7 ER was doing the same.
I'm at a loss of what to try next.

have you tried rebooting your modem and router
flush dns
clear cache
they working fine

I can't get the epg to load on the previous smarters wicked app but it loads fine on the new one.
I just like the old one and didn't want to change. Is it a new url for the epg?

Solved the problem. It was a bad firestick. Netflix and Amazon played nice, but any other stuff buffered.
Factory Reset and problem was still there. Retired my firestick.

your not alone im getting a few people with issues with firestick just the older ones the 4k ones seem fine and the cubes
some on the older firesticks resetting the cache is working for them
