We're doing up bacon, bacon, more bacon and scrambled eggs with broccoli, mushrooms, onions and peppers. Toast on the side.
Breakfast vittles works for me any time of the day.
Good Ribs, simply braze your ribs in a frying pan then pour a can of Coke in and simmer till the coke evaporates and leaves a nice sticky coating on your ribs, Enjoy.

KD and hot dogs mixed in....Lots of ketchup. Haven't had that in a looooong time.

Duck is almost ready to be served, yummy.
Ckicken wings, ribs and various finger foods with a Keg and some Racin'.
8 LB roasting chicken with rice and peas.
My son is making hot hamburgs/gravy, baby potatoes in garlic and butter with steamed brussel sprouts.
Salmon in tin foil on convection oven and some a salad.................

I took a 2lb chuck roast, placed it in a oven cooking bag, poured a can of French Onion soup on it, cut up Potatoes into small cubes and sliced carrots and put them in it as well, a little bit of celery chopped up, salt and pepper, sealed the bag with the little draw tie that it came with, baked at 350* for 2 hours....Mmmm...it came out so tender, juicy and just melted in your mouth....

Just fulled the meat from some of last night's left over dry rubbed ribs and mixed it an egg. Made an omelette with it. The seasoning from the ribs took care of all the flavors. Good way to get rid of left overs :)
Tonight it's seafood linguini with jumbo shrimp(16/20) and scallops(20/30).
Two filet mignons, grilled shrimp, baked potato, veggies, garden salad, and a nice bottle of wine !
And ... for tonight ... Spanish Goat with a whole bottle of red wine :) ... and a bunch of seasoning and veg. Slow cook for about 4 hours in the oven. Goat might not be everyone's cup of tea but with the right seasoning and cooking method, it is quite delishes served with some potatos/rice and your favorite veg.

that's the trouble with living in this time zone, everything has already happened by the time I get here.
Well i made steak and gravy with mashed potatoes,and backed beans..Man was it good..Sorry but no leftovers here.
