REDBOX TV 1.3APK installing problems

I have a H96 Pro Android. I did not use it for a while and used to watch RedBoxTV 1.2apk. I turned it on today and it said there is a new version 1.3. I downloaded. Uninstalled the 1.2. Tried installing 1.3apk, it goes through the process as if installing but at the end i says "App not Installed". I am baffled...I checked the security settings for5 unkown files etc...all seems good but it does not install the RedboxTV 1.3 apk. Please help. Oh, I also tried appinstaller but failed.
