I finally figured out how to get my avatar 80x80 but I can't get it to move. Any help would be appreciated.

ok.......the width and height are ok......but what about the kb size......needs to be 19.5 or less.....

How could I change the kb size? It's only 4 kb, I just checked.

either through cull animation(taking a few frames out) and/or optimizing it(lower color count)

There is no color, it's black and white.
