The only thing you need to know is what size dish is needed to view each bird in your location. Since it's established you need a 30" dish you should be able to view each of the sats you wish to view. The only hitch is location of LNB's. The center lnb (lnbs -119/110) will be your strongest which utilizes the full pan of the dish. Each offset lnb reduces the reflective portion of the pan which will lower the quality from slightly to drasticly depending on how far the offset. In your case I would assume there would be some degradation on the furthest offset lnb (129) but not low enough to make bird un-watchable. The only way to know for sure is to test it with all lnb's in place and aimed properly. Another option is to use 2 - 30" dishes with 1 aimed at 129 which would give you maximized quality. Lastly if you use a motorized dish you would have the strongest possible signal on each bird since you only require 1 lnb center stage. If it were me I'd try the 3 lnb setup...afterall thats what testing is all about.
