how can i pm...?

I just signed up and noticed that i could not PM nobody neither can other PM me.. why? I need to get some donations... without PM its not possible... my notification is mt. I do not have inbox etc. is it normal for new user or i missing some settings? I already check setting and profile properly and found no option...

Log out and log back into the site and you should be good to go.

click on the settings tab at the top of the page...look for the general settings tab and click it....scroll down the page and make sure you have private messaging turned on.

the only thing there is 'visitors massage' but that's not it.
I have logged out and back in several times, still no go.
