What it looks like to me is that there is another transport heading in the opposite direction and then he comes over to the other side and it is a head on.

What it looks like to me is that there is another transport heading in the opposite direction and then he comes over to the other side and it is a head on.

I see that to, and the first one couldn’t avoid getting hit but the one with the camera could have avoided the accident if the driver wasn’t following so close. In bad weather, especially ice and snow its best to leave a lot more space for maneuvering and stopping. Not to mention just reducing ones speed.
