I have adobe acrobat on my pc and as such can open pdf files. My question is that in some opened pdf files there is content that I don't want/need. What program(s) would I use to edit the unwanted content and get rid of it? Thanks in advance to you computer gurus..........

Adobe PDF lite reader, creator and viewer will not let you modify a PDF file, you need the full version of Adobe Acrobat to do that, (if you have the full version, you should be able to edit) and some PDF files are locked to any changes by whomever did them.
What version of PDF acrobat do you have?

If The File is in Acrobat, You're best bet would be to export It and Transform It into a Word Document, do All the necessary changes, and make It back to to a PDF File.

Best to get full version of acrobat. Many shareware programs that say you can edit do a poor job in comparison to acrobat.
