Hey guys,
I would just like to throw this out there and see if there is a better way to have my sats set up.
Currently I have 3 dishes on the back of my house:
1 is running 91(2 lines from LNB to SW44 switch in the house)
1 is running 82(2 lines from LNB to SW44 switch in the house)
1 is running 110 and 119(one line for each running to a disqc switch in the house).
I am going to be setting up my dish that is running 91 to have both 91 and 82(the dish is meant for that but where the bell guys installed it a couple of years ago before I had HD, put it in a spot that it can't skew properly to hit 82(hits the wall)).
I then will have a free dish with no lines running to the house.
Is there any way I can use my extra dish to get 129 but not have to run another cable? I'm moving in a couple of months and I don't really want to have 5 lines running into the house. I would rather save the cable for my new house.
Do I NEED to have 2 lines from LNB from each LNB(91 and 82) running to the SW44 switch? The SW44 switch I currently have says it is not meant to be left outside. Is my only option to get a switch for outside?
Thanks for any help!
