it should but we need to know what type of dish you have to know for sure and how many sats your aimed at

this might help

Videopath SW-44 (SW44) Multi-Dish Switch with Power Inserter and Adapter
The legacy SW44 switch is used to expand two legacy dual LNBF's to four outputs to allow for additional receivers. The SW44 multiswitch combines signal from Bell TV's 2 satellites at 91°W & 82°W (orbital positions) and provides output for up to 4 tuners.

Bell and Dish Network approved switch. Complete SW44 Switch Assembly includes: SW44 Switch, Power Inserter and Power Supply and installation instructions. Brand new in box, 12 month warranty.

The AC/DC power supply (a) connects to the in-line power inserter (b). The main switch (c) can be connected anywhere in the distribution system and receives its power from the power inserter via one of its 4 outputs.
The 2 outputs from each LNBF of the elliptical antenna (or from each LNBF of each antenna) MUST be connected to the switch (4 inputs in total, in order to provide 1 to 4 outputs).

Connections should be as follows:

Nimiq 1 goes into 1A & 1B.
Nimiq 2 goes into 2A & 2B.
Power inserter goes into port 1 of the switch.
Receivers connect to the Receiver port of the power inserter or ports 2, 3 & 4 directly on the switch.

if your using DN just change nimiq 1 and 2 with dn 110 and 119 or what ever sats you want. the switch is only good for 2 sats

that would pose a problem. just get a regular old diseqc switch. if you have to order one then just use the one you got for 110 and 119 for now.
i recomend the emp centauri switch 4x1. been on the same ones here for 5 years. i used to blow the cheap ones every couple months.

I like a sw 34 for 3 sats. No power inserter needed. You can cascade the switches into each other so you can hook up lots of stb's

depends on the LNB's
