- As noted before, former WWE Superstar John Morrison has been booked for the WWFX Champion Showcase Tour in the Philippines this February. Morrison is booked under his real name, John Hennigan, and will be using that name on the independents.

- MMAFighting.com has confirmed reports of WWE Champion CM Punk escorting Chael Sonnen to the cage before he fights Mark Munos at UFC on FOX from Chicago January 28th.
Punk will not be in Sonnen's corner, according to sources close to his camp. Punk will simply walk Sonnen to the Octagon.
