Switch for Multiple Receiver

I am looking for the switch I would need for my setup.
I have 2 dishs setup outside. 110 and 119. The lnb's on these dishes only have 1 port on each of them.
I currently have these 2 lnb's going into a 4x1 diseq then to my receiver. I would like to add a second receiver to this setup without having to do a loop out if I can avoid it. Any idea on what switch I could use? Would a 3x4 mulit switch work?

Also If I have to go to the loop out method. I know that the slave box is stuck to the polarity of the master box. If I put the master into standby when using the slave box is it still restricted on the polarities? Will it even get signal. These are limesat boxes if it makes a difference.

Single output lnbs will only support a single receiver. I would just replace the lnbs with dual outputs.
