Well everyone, the regular season is quickly drawing to a close, which means one thing - The Playoffs.
One more reason to get excited with this seasons playoffs is because mabs and Satfix have graciously donated a nano 2 reciever to the winner of our playoff pool. Thanks mabs.
Due to the limited number of games, the rules are a little different.
1. First of all choose the winners for each game. Since there will likely be multiple people with the same amount of wins, we will then go to #2. Winning percentage will be the determining factor. You will be allowed to miss 1 week of the 4 playoff weeks in order to be considered for the prize.
2. If multiple people have the same amount of games won in a particular week, the Weekly winner will be determined by the total points for all games that week. The winner will be the member that chooses closest to the actual total either over or under does not matter.
3. Further Tie Breakers if Required - The first tie breaker will be total TD's scored that week by all games. The second tiebreaker will be total passing yards for all games. The third tie breaker will be total rushing yards for all games. The winner will be the member that chooses closest to the actual total either over or under does not matter. Stats will be taken from NFL.com
4. For clarification purposes I am adding this. The Playoff Season Winner will be determined to be the member who has the highest winning percentage through the entire playoffs. Also to be considered for the prize you must participate during the Superbowl Week. If more than one individual are tied with the highest winning percentage, then we will start to go to the tiebreakers as outlined in points #2 & #3.
The weekly prize will still be a title change. With the final Playoff Season prize being the Nano 2 being Donated by mabs and satfix 2.0
In summary what we are looking for:
1. Winning teams
2. Closest to actual total of the weeks scores for all games.
3. Total TD's scored by all teams
4. Total passing yards for all games
5. Total rushing yards for all games.
For all items with the exception of #1, does not matter if you are under or over, as long as you are the closest to the actual number.
I will start a "Wildcard Weekend" thread over the next few days. Come one, come all - Are you ready for some Football?
