Can i get 129 with a b#V dish

Since b3v is not working on NFPS, could I simply point my orignal B#V dish to 129. My B#V dish has 2 lnb on it (for 82 and 91)
I called an installer and he told me that I might not get it with a 20" (i'm assuming that is the size of my bell dish)

like stand said depend on your location and the size of your dish ,exemple ,me i live in montreal and i put a 36 inch dish and it work .so depending on your location like stanw said you nead a bigger dish.good day .
