Best set up ?? Do you have the hardware to go motorized?

One problem in your list of satellites is 118, since it is a low frequency circular satellite. You can't use a typical linear/circular lnb like the Invacom Quad Polar, it will only yield a few tps. Some have been able to bracket another lnb to the primary to pick it up.

ok, let me clarify. my bread and butter satellites are 118 and 119. i would like to motorise the rest if possible. i also want advise on the necessary hardware., for the gta area. i think a 36 inch dish, motor and linear lnb is what i would need. also the motor needs to be wired to the stb, meaning i will need an electric cable from the motor to the stb.please correct me if i am wrong. i used to have a 12ft dish with motor(actuator) long time ago, but do not have sufficient knowledge with the new hardware. many thanks.

36" will work fine from your location altho 39 " would be better , an invacom qph031 lnb is the way to go ( will get you linear and circular sats to to receivers without the need for a switch) an a motec or hh motor to complete the picture .
If you can pick up the dish locally you can be up and running for well under $200
Good luck .

I have set up a 1.1 meter in the GTA with 118/119 but as stman said you will need to set up the motor for 119 this will allow you to get most other sats from your location you will have to mount a low freq 118 LNB to the Invcom LNB and add a disque switch you better have a good sat meter I used a birdog and it still took a lot of fiddleing to get it as Stan said you may want to use a seperate stationary dish and LNB for your 118 it's way less work motorized is fun but the tolerance for movment of your mount is very low
