TNA will not air this coming Thursday due to a Star Wars marathon on Spike TV. TNA will be taping the hour-hour New Year’s Eve special tonight in Orlando, focusing on the Knockouts.
TNA has booked several women wrestlers for the tapings including Amber O’Neal, April Hunter, Lorelei Lee. A one-night tournament will take place tonight to determine the new #1 contender for Tara’s Knockouts Championship. The Knockout Tag Team Champions Taylor Wilde & Sarita will also be in action.
The New Year’s Eve special will also show the top three TNA matches in 2009 as voted on by the fans on TNA's website.
