82 with birdog usb

hi all

i have a birdog usb and threw in all the 82 and 91 settings i can find when configuring the file.
i am currently trying to pick up 82 in new york with a 33 inch elliptical dish...
i kept getting signal and quality on the meter but it was actually either 110 or 91

does anyone know which one i should choose for 82?
theres a 82 usa and a 82 can

I use 82 tp 15 or 1. Haven't checked their site to see if they've updated their config files lately.

I believe this sat is 99% 8PSK Turbo so you will need the correct video card to actually see video.
