Press the Windows key on your keyboard and R, or open it from the Start menu. Type shutdown -a and click OK/ press enter. It usually means that your computer is infected. If you can't load win
put in original win disk, than boot, and you can use recovery console to restore your system.

yeah that would work well if he had a virus, which I doubt very much. Now OP is not going to like hearing this but Emachines computers are very poorly made. What the OP described is classic power supply failure and that will have to be replaced. Hopefully the power surges to the motherboard didn't do any more damage to the mobo or the CPU or RAM.
Now here is the major problem! I am not sure if it is still the same or not but Emachines used to use a proprietary power supply. Which leaves you with 2 options. Replace the current power supply with a direct replacement and get another low end power supply from Emachines at an over inflated price. The other option would be to buy a new case and power supply and then strip that down and put everything in a new case

thank guys for the replay, well i had installed alreadyand running norton360 , so , i dont' think it could it be a virus but , is that possible??
by another hand i change the power supply but still doing the same so , i put it back the original one , i chech the other fan in case i was a failure
about overheating but it looks good and runnig ok, so may be its the mother board (actually its running with a pentium 4 mother board) if this athe problem i 'm not going to fixed it gonna be to expense, by the way, i know emachines are cheap ones and easyly to get broken, so i gonna take it to somebody to check it out if its to expense to fix, i'll buy another one ...thanks guys for all the help...thx.

DU has a good point and RAM can cause same symptoms as well. A good blast of compressed air over the ram and and cpu area might be all it needs
