Are some channels down for good?

I don't know about anyone else but I got a kick out of watching those 'old' game shows on the Game Show channel. The $100,000 dollar pyramid was a cool retro show... Yet that channel has been 'removed from the available list for a long time, is there any chance of it coming back???

Same with true fta, channels come, channels go, but when I had 1260+ channels, I ended up watching the History channel, and guess what, I watch it now for free, on true fta. Go Figure,
