lotd of those dish look like they need to be replaced, i'm sure all that rust can't be good for anything

i mean they are seem to be pointed in same direction.. you would think that they would have figured just put one dish on each apartment and use a multiswitch..

I'd like to see what the city of Philly, PA. would do with this as they wish to have all dishes not in use removed and the remaining ones installed so they will not be an eye-sore for the neighborhood.
