First off, Motorola doesn't make Blackberry devices, RIM does. Do you have a Motorola phone, or a Blackberry?

Second, your data plan has to support tethering. I'm not sure if Mobilicity does or not, but with most carriers there's a higher level data plan that you need to subscribe to in order to use the phone as a modem.

Im a little late to the party, but u can also even if your carrier does not allow teathering, there is a APP called TETHER that will turn your Blackberry into a usb or bluetooth modem. Works great, I use it to connect all my devices online in the car.

your data plan matters !! it has to support tethering. It may does Mobilicity does or not, but with most of the carriers there's a higher level data plan that you need to subscribe to in order to use the phone as a modem and yes you can also go with by downloading tether app which will turn your blackberry into a usb .
