Same rules apply here as any Vegas style betting.... as far as you may get your bet in up to 30 minutes before the game that you are betting on, so you must get your bets in by 12:30pm for all 1:00 games, and the same concept for all other games, as long as you get your bets in 30 minutes before the game you want to bet starts, it will be honored...
