No, they don't. That's why they are called private. The only way anyone would know what you send is if the person or persons you send to share them.

PM's like everything else in Vbulletin, are stored in the sql database. Anyone that has access to the database, has access to all the PM's. That is how dish got access to PM's and used them on their court cases.
