For Example:

breakfast-scrambled eggs mixed w/sausage or bacon
lunch-bagel with peanut butter
dinner-winner winner chicken dinner!

Breakfast - Bread/Bagel with Nutella/Cream Cheese OR 2 scrambled eggs, the drink would be glass of milk with both
Lunch - Rice with special topping on side to go with it, glass of soft drink/juice with it
Dinner - Fries/Chicken or Meat N Eggs, with glass of cold water or juice
