A am using a Super dish with 3 LNB's. On the one farthest to the left, facing the LNB's, not the dish, I get 119 @ 99% Q & 99% Signal. On the middle LNB I get 110 @ 98% & 94%. On the third one, the one to the right (I am hoping is 129) I get 75% first bar (I think is signal) and 0% quality. I do not get quality on any of the tp. Where did I go wrong ...

119 on a 3 LNB setup for 110/119/129 will always be the center LNB.
And looking at the LNBs from behind the dish it will be 129 on the left, 119 in the center and 110 on the right.
And that center LNB looks like a 118/119 LNB. (special one)
This LNB has an internal switch, so the diseqc switch settings will be #1 = 119, #2 = 110, #3 = 129 and #4 = 118 (if that is a 118/119 combo LNB.
And use TP 12516 for finding 129 and TP 12297 for 119.
I wonder if this may be the original 105w, 110w, and 119w superdish. Are you located on the east coast?

Thats a Superd*sh "105" basically now used to receive 110-119. D*sh had two versions of this, 105 and 121, I believe it was use early on for picking up locals, depending on location in U.S., but I think they have since abandond both those sats. If you want to use it for picking up 129 you can either find a "Repoint Kit", check Fleabay, or use another type of LNB holder to get the proper LNB spacing for 110-119-129. I have one with a repoint kit and it works great, excellent signal since it is the largest D*sh D*shn*t made. If you want more info g**gle Superd*sh 105-121.
