This is an excellent article on how the Stuxnet virus was found and deciphered with help for all the worlds cyber experts. As of today there are still two files that are encrypted in which they have not been able to break into. I am posting the link because it is six pages long.
I found this very interesting because I have worked on quiet a few of these PLCs.
