Just scanned in a new Spanish channel or feed on Amc 9 at 83w on my new azbox, openbox didn't pick it up in a blind scan. It scans in as service 2 and looks like channel 28 at the top right corner:

3813 V 2350

Having audio issues with this channel, I hear music in the background and not the actual audio. I'll check later to see if it's still there.

its the name that they gave the channel, when doing a blindscan thats the name of the channel that comes up
