What is the best freeware VPN?

Sorry about previous post. I was not aware of this rule. May I ask for the members here to comment on which VPN provides the best freeware software? I currently have Hotspot Shield and have just downloaded the basic free version of CyberGhost. I am familiar with the Hotspot Shield but was curious if there may be a better free VPN out there. Please let me hear other members thoughts. TIA

if he is looking for the same kind of stuff I would like to find... the idea is not to hide your IP to go to "bad" sites, but to be able to watch movies, tv shows, etc.. only available to US residents. If in canada, Mexico, or other countries, you cannot access lots of free (or paying) things unless you "fake" with a proxy or a VPN being in the States. Plenty of paying ones, around $10 a week, which is a lot. A free one would be great. I have nothing against paying netflix, $8 a month is great to watch plenty of flicks, but not netflix canada, with nothing worth it!
