a bit of a health nut here so i can honestly tell ya a good healthy diet of fruit vegies and a bit of meat (preferably white) with some good cardio work is the safest and healthiest way to go. lots of diets and programs on the web.

i hear cocaine is great but i've also seen many people fade to nothing with just weed. cant figure out due to the munchies it gives ya but whatever
