A new weather tp scanning in in hd on Amc 3 at 87w, 7 channels in all:

3741 V 7199 1080i H.264

Thank you for the info. I just scanned it, too. It seems to be Weather from the Western perspective. The Weather Channel is mostly from the Eastern perspective. An interesting twist.
